my noise-cancelling headphones remain the best thing i've purchased yet within the past two years, but sadly, they don't withstand the screams of children within a 100-meter radius ๐ญ wish i had more money for a pair with a higher decibel limit, but i guess i'll just deal.

i am soo tense right now... sensory overwhelm has been hitting hard since this morning. but i'll still try to do what i can. i felt really productive last night, so i'm hoping that i can get even more done today.

i woke up with another bad headache today, but at least i did my morning yoga today. currently trying to relax my tense nerves while playing some jazz ambience in the background.

check-in time - i fell off hard with task tracking for the past few days due to a bought of PMS. did not get in my daily dose of physical activity either, and i still haven't made much progress with the current after effects scene i'm working on โน i have less than a month to get this done, but i keep hyperfocusing on the wrong things.

i've been painfully inconsistent with my yoga practice, but i finally hit the mat again today. i swear i used to be a lot less stiffer than this.

that's only an hour total of school work today... i spent the entire time trying to fix my after effects compositions with very little animation work. it's so annoying that PSD masks and layer effects don't always stay perfectly intact when i'm switching between programs.
